Roger and I met for another installment of the Tuesday Evening Ocean Paddle. Konstantin was unable to join us on this day. Roger loves paddling out Bodega Bay and has decided that he is not fond of surf launches and landings. But I twisted his arm and convinced him to go somewhere else on every other paddle. Since we had just been to Bodega the week before he was willing to join me at Goat Rock this time.
We paddled south with calm waves and no wind to speak of. Conditions were so benign that we paddled into The Crack in the Hogback and were able to sit in the calm water for several minutes. Then we paddled back to Goat Rock far from shore and made a calm landing.
